Terms of Service

relove is a marketplace for buying and selling pre-loved fashion in the UAE. By creating an account or using relove you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be able to form a binding contract under UAE law to sell or buy.

2. Selling

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the authenticity and condition of items, and lawful ownership of what they list. Prohibited, counterfeit, or unsafe items are not allowed and may be removed. relove charges sellers no commission at launch.

3. Buying & buyer protection

Orders are currently completed by Cash on Delivery: inspect the item at handover before paying. If it is not as described, decline it and tell us. A buyer-protection fee is shown at checkout. relove facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller.

4. Conduct

No fraud, harassment, spam, or attempts to transact off-platform to evade protections. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Content

You retain rights to your photos and text but grant relove a licence to display them to operate the marketplace. Don't upload content you don't have the rights to.

6. Liability

relove is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for disputes between users or for items that do not meet expectations; buyer protection and reporting tools are provided to help resolve issues.

7. Changes
