Privacy Policy

This explains what relove collects and how we use it. We keep it to what's needed to run the marketplace.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, optional username, emirate), what you list, buy, favourite, follow, and message, your delivery addresses and payout details, and basic technical/usage data needed for security and to operate the service.

How we use it

To run your account and transactions, show your listings and profile to other members, send the notifications you opt into (e.g. saved-search and price-drop alerts), prevent abuse and fraud, and improve relove.

Sharing

Your public profile, listings and ratings are visible to other members. We share data with service providers who help us operate (e.g. hosting, image storage, and — only if you use AI listing assist — the AI provider that analyses the photos you submit). We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, manage saved searches and alerts, and request deletion of your account. Contact hello@relove.ae for data requests.

Retention & security

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal and dispute-resolution purposes, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. Payment for orders is handled at delivery (Cash on Delivery); we do not store card details.
